How do hydraulic air compressors work?

Hydraulic air compressors produce compressed air using the power from the base machine’s hydraulic system. It provides the hydraulic oil flow to the hydraulic motor.

They don’t require any additional air tank or container as it is integrated into the frame.

Additional hose reels mean no more tangled or broken hoses as it makes the hose easy to store.

In a piston air compressor, the motor is connected straight to the piston’s crankshaft to maximize power and efficiency. The piston creates air pressure that is led to the reservoir frame where it can be taken for pneumatic applications.

What are the benefits of a hydraulic piston air compressor?

Models are available from 450 l/min up to 1000 l/min with up to 12 bar of pressure.

The compact and lightweight design makes it easy to install onto any mobile machine such as drill rigs, agricultural machines and construction machines.

What are the benefits of a rotary screw air compressor?

It is a compact unit suitable for demanding 24/7 use for all pneumatic applications. When the air compressor does not produce air, it will run at idle speed.

Ideal for mobile use for mining machines, agricultural machines and construction machines such as drill rigs, excavators and service vehicles.

It can also be placed into a confined space since it doesn’t need air cooling. It cools the unit by transferring the heat to the hydraulic oil which the base machine then cools down.

Models are available from 500 l/min up to 11500 l/min with pressure of 10 bar.

What are the benefits of a rotary vane air compressor?

Models are available from 400 l/min up to 7500 l/min with 8 bar of pressure.

Higher air pressure models are also available by request up to 13 bar of compressed air.

It can handle dusty work sites;  high-performance filters are available.
