Warranties start from the date of installation, not shipment.

Manufacturer’s warranties

ELGi’s EN air compressors: 36 months for the airend, and 12 months for all other compressor parts.

EG air compressors: 72 months for the airend, 36 months for the main motor, cooler, separator tank, and 12 months for all other compressor parts.  

Pneumatic/compressor parts: 90 days, unless otherwise specified by manufacturer warranty.

Piston Compressors, vacuum pumps, and blowers: 12 months.

The Lifetime Warranty covers 10 years for the airend, 5 years for the cooler, separator tank, main motor and 3 years for VFD/VSD,  and 1-year comprehensive warranty for the complete package except for electricals and consumables.

For the EG Series Screw Air Compressor-EG11 to EG250

The compressor package has a 12 months warranty from the date of start-up, including parts, labour and transportation. 

The airend has a lifetime warranty of 120 months from the start-up. 

Airend shaft seals are considered normal wear items and are covered for 12 months. This is based on ELGi’s estimate for the economic life of the airend.

The main motor, cooler, and separator tank all have 60 months warranty from the date of start-up, including parts and labour. Prior to any repair or service of the main motor, ELGi must be contacted for authorization. For all of those items, any loss of fluids or elements is not covered. 

The VFD has a 36-month warranty from the date of start-up, including parts and labour. 

 All other parts, unless explicitly mentioned other than the above, are warranted for a period of 12 months from the date of start-up.

 ELGi’s standard Uptime Warranty (comes without Compressed Air Controls’ AirCare✓).

 The airend has a 72-month warranty from the date of start-up (not to exceed 30000 hours). 

The main motor/cooler/ separator tank has 36 months from the date of start-up. 

 All other parts, unless explicitly mentioned other than the above, are warranted for a period of 12 months from the date of start-up. 

 The warranty coverage for the first year covers parts, labour and transportation of parts, from the second year onwards, it covers parts (ex-works basis) and labour.

 

For the EN Series Screw Air Compressor, the airend has a 36-month warranty from the date of start-up (not to exceed 15000 hours). 

 All other parts, unless explicitly mentioned other than the above, are warranted for a period of 12 months from the date of start-up.

The first year of the warranty covers parts, labour and transportation of parts, the second year onwards covers parts (ex-works basis) and labour.

For the Oil-Free Series Screw Air Compressor, the airend has a 48-month warranty from the date of start-up (not to exceed 30000 hours). 

The motors (main and oil pump) /coolers/capacity control valve (ccv) have a 24-month warranty from the date of start-up.

All other parts, unless explicitly mentioned other than the above, are warranted for a period of 12 months from the date of start-up. 

The first year of the warranty covers parts, labour and transportation of parts, the second year onwards covers parts (ex-works basis) and labour.
